Skylight Homebuilders has been building quality homes in the Bend and Portland, Oregon area for 29 years.

In most cases we design and build from our own plans.   We analyze building lots for their unique features for our design build process.   In some cases we work with local designers and architects to produce drawings for our use.

We specialize in difficult lots, and have experience in working with environmental zones, and other regulatory challenges.

Another area of interest is Mixed Use neighborhoods, and Old Style Homes.  We have designed, and are in the process of building such a community in  the Deschutes River, Central core area, in Bend, Oregon.  This infill project, when complete, will contain 62 Old style homes, complete with a community store, old style street lighting, Large street trees, front porches, and rear yard garages.
