Diversity of shapes, styles and sizes.. how does this create the experience.. what value does this create for residents...

Old Forest Grove offers you a  true Old Style home in an Old Style neighborhood.  What do we mean by "Old Style neighborhood"?  We designed the neighborhood to be different than a subdivision that segments blocks and blocks of homes by the same size and style.  When you narrow the size and style like that you end up with most of the neighbors being very similar in their age and interests.  We looked for inspiration to the older neighborhoods where the housing offered variety and attracted a broad cross section of people.  We think that variety creates a better feel and living experience.  We decided to offer a variety of sizes of homes from 900 to 3000 square feet, and different architectural styles.  Most of the homes have full front porches, tall pitched roofs, detached garages and other details inside and out that combine to make a special, custom, Old Style home, tucked into an Old Style neighborhood with diversity.

Old Forest Grove, where people know their neighbors and like them!  Its a great place for family, dogs, kids.  We have a great mix of people, retired, single and families, with a variety of income levels.  It is a vibrant neighborhood.

When I talk to my neighbors.. ( I live here too...) they often tell me that they really think this is one of the best places in town to live.  Ask any of them.

What do you think about our thoughts about neighborhood and diversity... and our efforts so far to create a different and warm kind of place to live?  How does the place feel to you? We would appreciate your comments and suggestions.
