The PLANS  we offer for sale are from homes built in our projects in Bend, Oregon and Portland, Oregon.  We usually group  homes in small neighborhoods, so plans are available as groups or individually.

Old Style Homes

These homes are from our Bend, Oregon development.  Project information is available at the Project Page.  These plans feature detached garages, front porches, and smaller widths to allow for a driveway to be placed beside the home for the rear yard garage. 

 
The plans include Bungalow, Craftsman, and others we just call "Old Style".

A studio apartment/loft garage plan is also available.  Square footages run from 890 sq. ft. 2BR 1 BA. to 2200 sq. ft 3 and 4 bedroom plans.  New plans are being developed each month.

We are building these plans in a multi-family zoned project which allows the apartment/loft garage (500 sq. ft living area) as second unit on a single lot.  We have mixed the loft/garages with primarily standard garage homes to create a  mixed use "Old Style Neighborhood".
