The following plans are Pre-Approved by the Architectural Control Committee for Construction on the remaining lots in Old  Forest Grove.  We also Design  Custom Homes, or modify stock plans on an individual basis.  Plans and design services are available for construction in  Old Forest Grove as well as on your own lot.
The base/mid/ high quality levels are explained on the CUSTOM BUILDING ORDER PRICING PAGE.
Pricing includes a base price lot and a Standard Garage.
